Anyone else struggling with hormones / mood swings? I am almost 16 weeks and been having a real tough time lately, feeling really down and stressed about things. Anyone else here realized they have some alcohol moderation issues? I graduated college within the past 1.5 yrs and my friends are still in the heavy weekend drinking phase. I have realized I need to cut my drinking way down. I don’t drink every day and won’t crave a drink when I’m sober but it’s like once I start I don’t typically stop. I only drink about 2 times a week, but it’s the volume of drinks that’s the issue. I’m not ready to quit - just cut down a lot! Tips/advice appreciated! TIA :)

I am trying to justify house buying in HCOL city. The house cost is minimum 1.4m .monthly mortgage would be at least 7k(with just around 2k principal) rest goes to either int,tax.
