Instead of what you don’t want… what do you want to do?
Museums? Hiking? Beaches? There are a ton of options so figuring out your ideal activities would help us narrow it down for you.
You can do a lot in Chicago that doesn’t revolve around drinking!
Already been to Chicago
Charleston and Savannah. So charming, great food, interesting architecture, ferry boat tours.
I second this
Lots of cute spots in Michigan for girls weekends on Lake Michigan. Hiking, beach, wineries (I know you said no drinking but can be a fun to tour even if you don’t drink), kayaking, etc
Second this - super good Airbnb’s and Virbos that are on lakes and typically include swimming items like kayak, paddle boards. Would suggest traverse city as well - lots of cute shops, hiking and lavender farm
San Diego
I would normally say Laguna Beach but if you're going in the next couple months might be less than ideal.

We had a girls trip in Arizona recently. Flagstaff in the mountains and Sedona very chill and beautiful views
What activities does the group like, good food, shows, museums, swimming, pools, hikes, etc. that would be helpful to narrow down good locations.
San Francisco
We like easy hikes, nice scenic places w good food. Not into wilderness or jungles. No beaches like Florida. Places with cool vibes and good food. Been to many places in the USA. Maybe a blend between city and nature
Blue ridge mountains in Tennessee or Georgia. Gatlinburg has tons to do hiking and cutesy with lots of air bnb “cabins” with porches and hot tubs for game nights/reading with the gals
Spa Resort, Yoga Retreat - I love Miraval https://www.miravalresorts.com/

I have never been, but I have heard of this cute little island up north where people bike around everywhere. I think it’s in Michigan. I think it’s called Maccabee or Mac something island. cars are not allowed. It was such a cute town and a lot of people will go.
Mackinac Island 😊 stay in the Grand Hotel
Asheville NC
Cape cod!
