What’s an underrated way your job is flexible? Not just good PTO, Summer Fridays, etc. but a way that’s flexible in a way that’s truly meaningful to you. My boss temporarily let me work M-Th 10 hour days so I could handle family stuff for a month. It was life changing!

I get to choose my work hours every day as long as I reach my goals. I have peace of mind knowing that my hours are not in the way of other significant events in my life.

🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 love that for you

I'm blessed to still be working remotely full time. This is the epitome of flexible, both because I don't have to commute to an office and because no one really cares when I work so long as my work gets done. I try to stick to normal business hours, but if I've got a hectic week on the personal front (e.g. kids home sick), I can always work late at night to make up for any lost productivity during the day.

Agree, I am mostly remote and it’s nice to be able to front load some work weeks so others can be lighter.

My boss let me work four 10-hour days for a month to handle family needs—it was a game-changer

Hey friends! I hope everybody has had a productive week and had an awesome weekend for those who enjoyed their holiday! This question is specifically for Amazon Web Services in sales.

So I am currently a potential candidate as an AAE. I was told that I would in the future have to prepare a mock deck and deal with objections.

Has anybody had to prepare them and what was the scenario?

Thanks everyone!
