Hello PwC AC Friends,

I have been on bench since I joined the firm 3 months ago. Now I have got project but still on bench. I have got mail regarding not raising snapshots because I was on bench so i didn't do anything except trainings and some learning. I don't have hours to raise snapshot for.

What shall I do in this case? I am very much worried that if i don't have any project hours to show, will they fire me or what actions are supposed to be taken ? Thanks.

Hello fishes, I am working at IBM as a Data Scientist and currently on bench. I will be resigning today as I have a better offer in hand right now. Wanted to know if I have to serve entire notice period of 90 days even when on bench or IBM gives early release ?

Im working at a big multi-product company and we're having 5 dedicated product teams, however, teams are working in silos. Each team's has its own process, design system, technology etc. We identified that most of the teams use and need components that were already conceptualised, designed and developed, for our other products, and we are starting to create a global set of components, a global design system that we will use on all our products. Had an interview with Hexaware and 3 days back HR1 called me and said she will send the offer letter next week. 2 days back HR2 called me and said a client interview is scheduled for you and I attended that. Now if I fail to clear the client interview round, will I not receive the offer letter that is promised by the HR1?

I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp

I got 2 times in Nagarro cheerboard. For Sep and Nov month.

Will this be beneficial in appraisal?
