Think we may need to do a CAGR class this Saturday...
Any of you IT RA?
I’m baffled by these numbers. I’ve gone from 57k to 91k in a shade under 4 years (round to 4 for the calc) which is 12.41%. I would have to be making 120k as an S3 to be at 20%.
EY1. So if you started at $60, you are making $101.4? Sounds too good to be true
Correct. For a CAGR of ~22% in two years (S1), you would have had to start at $60k and be making $90k now as an S1. If that is the case, what LOS? Definitely not audit or tax.
22.64% S1
17.6% without bonus
13.99% excluding bonus, 15.97% including bonus as S2. 22.64% is impressive
16.27% without bonus. 4 years in
Wow. Which firm, you folks?
Regional to PwC to Regional
PwC
30% in 2 years (staff 1 - senior 1)
7 years since joining PA. 16.1% CAGR. 17.4% including bonus
The formula is still (ending/beginning)^(1/periods)-1 right? Am I getting this right??
