Pros and cons of working on an auto brand?
I’m about to start an internship at IBM for UX Research. I’m super excited about it, and was wondering if anyone could tell me about the design culture there or how the company is for designers? So far online I’ve only heard about the company from consultants or software engineers. For more reference I’ll be working in Austin.
What will be the monthly inhand salary for this.

Currently on mine, I have 16 as the birthing parent, but it can be up to 18 if c section. For non birthing I believe it’s 12
Not sure if it differs between agencies but at my omnicom agency I got 10 weeks.
Omc benefits manager here… Nonbirthing parents get 12 weeks fully paid parental leave of absence. You’ll need to talk to hr and your manager as soon as you feel comfortable telling them but don’t wait more than up to a month before.
Just leave and never go back
When it comes to Omnicom, that’s always the best move.
I got 10 weeks. The catch is you need to take them concurrently. So no saving leave for the time when the birthing parent goes back to work.
A guy I work with is about to take 8 weeks pat leave. Been with us under a year.
