For me, it was Jira.
Not in the “complex dashboard” way, but in the simple way of:

Breaking big tasks into smaller, manageable pieces

Using quick filters to focus only on today’s priorities

Setting up simple automation so I don’t miss deadlines

It shifted my mindset from “everything feels chaotic” → to “I know exactly what’s next.”

Hi all, I'm trying to break into sales coming from a technical background. It's been very difficult as a lot of recruiters only see the technical aspects of my previous role, even though I've added in some sales aspects from those roles. Any advice on how to break past the initial view of my resume/past technical experiences to get interviews?
