Has anyone worked in both an AAS practice and an FDD practice? What did you like more and why? Currently work in AAS and am pretty happy, but have always wondered if I would like FDD more.

Psycho manager has sent 3 passive aggressive emails to the entire staff/senior group about making the magnification on excel 100% before submitting for review. STFU no one cares.

Feel like audit scheduling is always done on a knifes edge in that the timeline and staff schedules are enough so that if everyone works 60 hour weeks and no issues are identified then it can be filed on time. But even small things that increase the work can wildly throw off the schedule and cause hours to skyrocket for the staff on the job. No real point here, just ranting.
