We have a ton of perks… but my favorite one is probably free meals almost everyday… there’s always a wholesaler coming in for a lunch and learn… or they want to take me and my team to dinner… they talk shop for a little bit, because they need to justify the expense… then it’s free food & drink…
All meals expensed
30 days PTO here as well, which benefits me as much as it does the company (burnt out employees do no one any good). We have a very well-stocked break room with a lot of premade foods that are loaded into the fridge every day. If we stay late, delivery is always covered by the company.
Honestly, we don't have any really cool perks. I am reading this thread and thinking I need to come to one of your guys' companies. We do have pretty good health insurance, I will say that.
I would take that over free food any day. I care about PTO and health insurance, the rest I could take or leave. USAA has the worst medical insurance I have ever seen.

21 day PTO then 5 years after it’ll be 25 days PTO. 15 years later and it’ll be 30 days PTO.
