What's the best way to reach an older audience when conducting online research?

I am trying to record responses for a research paper but lacking an age group which is causing issues, tried reaching out to people on LinkedIn but they accept connection requests and still don't read messages.

Cisco CTC - 16.2LPA , Fixed - 15.1LPA - Cisco TAC role.

Verizon data services llc - CTC 18LPA , Fixed - 16.1LPA

YOE - 6.5 Years
CCTC - 7.2 LPA
Tech - Networking and Security

Conflicted between both as I believe Cisco has a better brand value and great company to work for. But the offer from Verizon is competitive.

Is it a good idea to renegotiate with Cisco based on current offer from Verizon. Please share your thoughts.

Alongside I have got certifications in Cloud & Visualization tools.

Now I want to move completely to the Analytics/ML side. Will the companies consider my BA experience in Data & Regulatory experiences?

I just signed the offer letter from Absolutdata acquired by Infogain , and even before joining the company they sent me a welcome kit.
I am unsure of joining them in case I get a better counter offer, but I am a bit worried now since they already sent me a welcome kit. I am wondering what made them sure that I will join them and not any other company. Is it that after signing offer letter I cannot join other company?
