Can I get likes to unlock the DMs please 🙏

Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

What I liked most about working remotely was not having to commute. Just turning on the computer and being at work was great. Yet to be honest, by the time I got the RTO order, I was pretty much over working from home. It was great for a while, but I started to feel too apart from everything. I don't like having to commute now, but the office camaraderie suits me better than working away in isolation.

I feel that. Wfh can get lonely.
Truthfully, the only drawback for me is getting lonely at home. I live alone and I am a person who thrives off human interaction. It can be hard being at home alone all of the time. Sometimes going into the office can be really nice.
I love my fully remote gig. I get to meet all my deliverables, without all the hassle it takes to show up physically in an office. And I really do what I want when I want. I'm happy. The boss is happy. The company is happy.
Best part of my hybrid schedule is the fact that my weekends feel longer

I think wfh or hybrid is great, but ONLY IF it works for your team. My team is small. Training gets hard due to wfh I think. There are people who abuse the “make sure you get your swipes in at the office”. They will drive to the office and park outside the building. Swipe their ID. Then go home. That takes time away from helping train employees and get work done because they’re out driving around. They should have just gone in the morning, and stayed in office til the end of their workday as it says in the handbook. I also find that when there is PTO on my colleague’s calendars, they do not fully leave or come back during those times because they are already at home. If they were at the office, there’s no way they can leave 45min before their scheduled pto time. Sometimes when they’re supposed to be back (such as 3:30pm for example), they don’t sign back on because they’re already at home rather than going back in the office. They essentially “call it a day” an hour and a half early

Comfy clothes, no commute, food at home. Access to TV, workout room, backyard, whatever. It is awesome.

No commuting and no getting ready hassle - definitely one of the best parts of working from home.
