Me- Thank you for your time and share if with me you me background and experience. Do you have any questions for me?
Person being interviewed - Just one. Can you tell me why you have chosen to work here for the time that you have been here?
That is the most powerful question I can get. That shows that they are interested in me, the firm, and what they can look forward to.
Be yourself. Go in there as if your best friend is asking you questions. If you feel overwhelmingly uncomfortable in the interview the job is not for you. Remember there’s no such thing as preparing for an interview. There is a such thing as listening, answering the questions from your heart but clean and brief, let them control the interview and ask questions that are things you would like to see in a job or questions on how you’ll be able to accelerate in your career and read the job description 10-20 times.
