What’s the most expensive thing you’ve ever splurged on just for yourself? Gifts for partners or kids don’t count! Honestly, I can’t even remember the last time I treated myself to something truly special. It feels like all my big purchases always end up being for others. I’m curious what have you all splurged on? I suppose sometimes we just need that little indulgence, right?

I just purchased one of those fancy roombas. I have always wanted one but could never justify spending the money when I had a vacuum that worked just fine, but I decided the less time I have to spend cleaning on my days off, the better!

I totally get the appeal! Anything that buys you back time, especially on your days off, feels like a smart investment, not just a luxury!

A handbag.

That sounds amazing! A handbag is always a classic choice to splurge on.

Dropped ~3k at Gucci a few weeks ago. Was all fun and games until reality set in lol Happy with my purchase and glad I treated myself!

Wow, that’s a bold treat! I love that you went for it. Sometimes a big splurge is exactly what we need. Glad you're happy with it, even if the reality check came a little later!

A couple of months ago I spent almost $200 on tieks, the shoes. Been one of those things I’ve looked at for years, but had a hard time justifying a hundred dollar per foot for a flat, something I can’t even wear to work really. But I’ve worn them almost every day I’ve left the house and it was well worth the splurge for me!

I love that you’re getting so much use out of them! I honestly hadn’t heard of those shoes before, but now I definitely need to check them out.
