What’s the most unique skill you’ve learned in the public sector that you never thought you’d need?

For me, it was vendor diplomacy. Not just managing contracts and deliverables, but navigating personalities, competing priorities, and finding ways to build trust while still holding firms accountable. It’s a balance of firmness and collaboration that feels more like art than science

My manager has given me rating 1 in confirmatory appraisal on may 18 may which happened after completion of 1 year at wipro.
I raised the issue of rating with my manager immediately , he convinced me not to worry , ratings are already submitted , I asked him to resubmit cause i don't deserve rating 1
So he said he will look if that is possible but didn't changed .Now after 3 months they are pressurizing me to put a resignation,what should i do?

Interviewed for a GS-15 (same agency but different office) and totally aced the interview with excellent answers. They know I’m a top performer with senior references.
