Working for a senior who is beyond horrible. She talks to you like you’re stupid and makes it sound like you’re absolutely terrible at what you’re doing. Art Directors. How protective are you of your references and resources? I have a folder with lot’s of textures, mockups that I’ve spent time building. I even paid for some of those assets. So I always get a lot of compliments on my comps and decks. Sometimes someone ask for my files and I really don’t want to since I put so much effort on that. But I also feel bad being gatekeeper of things.
