My neighborhood has become disgusting and uninhabitable during the pandemic. I am looking to move to a wealthy and upscale area where you don’t see garbage on the streets, people defecating and urinating in public, and don’t need to worry about your local bank getting robbed every day. Are there any parts of Manhattan left that have not been destroyed?
