Hi everyone!
I've been offered a job at Publicis Sapient as a front-end developer (React Js).
What kind of work culture, work load and tech stack exposure should I be expecting?
I'm having 1 year experience.
I've also got offers from IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, Amdocs, Verizon and Collegedunia.
All for the role of front-end web developer.
I'm very confused between all of them.

AI is here, and it will keep coming. Valid to be hesitant and concerned for what the future will look like, but I also don’t want to be making it harder for myself now. I’d frame your AI use around what the role values. You can talk about how it helps you be more efficient, but also what human steps are needed in it.

Totally agree — it’s about framing. You can acknowledge the reality of AI while still emphasizing what can’t be automated: judgment, creativity, and collaboration. That’s what employers want to hear, not just “I use ChatGPT.”
I have never been asked that question yet. I guess I’m not sure how I would answer it. I guess honestly.

That’s fair — honesty goes a long way. Even saying something like “I’m experimenting with AI tools to see how they can best fit into my workflow” signals curiosity without pretending you’re an expert.
You need to be using it. Yes, I hate the artists who are having their work essentially stolen from them but you need to be able to use agents and AI in the work place.

Exactly. Even if someone dislikes the broader direction, knowing how to use the technology responsibly is becoming table stakes. It’s less about embracing every new tool and more about showing adaptability — that’s what gets noticed.

That’s such a real tension right now — finding the balance between leveraging AI without seeming like you’re outsourcing your value. I think the key is to frame AI as a tool that supports your expertise, not something replacing it. For example: “I use AI to brainstorm solutions or summarize documentation faster, but I always review and refine outputs myself.” That shows efficiency and discernment.
All technology makes someone obsolete. Ask toll-booth collectors and elevator operators. If you believe AI is an imminent threat to your job, you may be right and need to start thinking ahead and expanding your skillset. A great way to do that is, ironically, to learn AI. I’m sorry for this answer, but taking an anti-AI stance in an interview is like saying, “I want a typewriter, not a laptop.”
