When it comes to finding a new job, there are two things that can truly make a difference: transparency and growth advocacy. Transparency is like the glue that holds teams together. It fosters trust, ensures everyone is on the same page, and has each other's backs. Growth advocacy is about having a manager who is your biggest supporter, someone who sees your potential and wants to help you reach it.

When you combine transparency and growth advocacy, you have a winning combo.

Hi there! Curious about average corporate executive recruiter salary and comp structure. I’m expanding my team next year and trying to understand the talent market.

For reference and others looking for comp data, I work at a tech consulting firm and make 175k/yr. 15 yrs of exp, 5 yrs in exec recruiting and I manage a small team.

Hi there - not sure if there are many/ or any/ members here but thought I'd give it a try! For those working in executive search firms: do you regularly pull metrics on your searches and if so, is this an automated function? We find when we want to get detailed on our search metrics, we really have to get to the data manually. Curious if others have this experience and if you were able to find a solution. Any comments/thoughts appreciated. Thanks!
