For reference and others looking for comp data, I work at a tech consulting firm and make 175k/yr. 15 yrs of exp, 5 yrs in exec recruiting and I manage a small team.

What's everyone's best year look like? Direct hire revenue (not contract). Let's start a hopeful thread lol. Mine so far has been 350k. This year I was really hoping to break 400k but whether I make it or not is up in the air. Solo and Agency folks speak up!

Employer is 100% sponsoring MPH and decided to take it to further expand network and it's decent (T20). Wondering if Epidemiology or Healthcare Management would be a better concentration? I'm currently in pharma and the goal is at graduation I'll have a good amount of experience and a little bonus (MPH) to be competitive for experienced hire roles. ZSers, what are your thoughts?

I got a call from a recruiter and I said my expected CTC is 14 lpa, she said according to the current market, they can provide max 30-40% hike

Higher offers at 27-28 with more fixed pay is from contract and hire/fire type companies. Mostly indirect hiring instead of direct employment with the final employer, means higher pay with lower jon security - we get little more pay, companies get the option to let go with ease later!

How do RSUs/equity work? I received an offer that includes $20k equity. I'm not sure if this is good, or low, as I don't really know how the payout is calculated or given. Can anyone advise?

Hi there - not sure if there are many/ or any/ members here but thought I'd give it a try! For those working in executive search firms: do you regularly pull metrics on your searches and if so, is this an automated function? We find when we want to get detailed on our search metrics, we really have to get to the data manually. Curious if others have this experience and if you were able to find a solution.
