When you applied for the job you have, did they hide behind the phrase “we’re like a family”?

I got an offer letter a month ago with the 45 percent hike . And I had not resigned yet from current organization. But now I wish to join this company and my notice period is 2 months.
I don't want to abscond.

What can I do in such case?

Does anyone have any experience working with FeverUp? I have a interview with them this week and I would love to hear about life within the company.

Sent documents after I got a select mail from HR on last Thursday. When can I expect offer letter?. Verbally HR confirmed that joining date will be in last week of Dec . Is it fingers crossed for me? or will I get the offer for sure? Much needed for me now at this point of time. Any insights from previous experience would help me stay sharp

Are hike and VPB different? I joined in April 2022. I received VPB letter today.

I’m looking for a new job!! It has been impossible to build a good relationship with my manager, he isn’t transparent with me and never provides any constructive feedback so I have no idea how I’m performing.
