Got an offer to clerk for a DJ over the phone a couple of months ago. Silence since. I start in late summer, but when should I expect HR to reach out with onboarding materials? Is an offer letter usually sent?

This is normal. Same thing happened for my clerkshipz

This happened to me. I finally reached out to chambers and they had to send the paperwork to HR again (or they forgot to send it in the first place…). So I’d reach out 60 days out if you haven’t heard anything. HR typically sends an application and authorization for a background check, which they say can take 30-45 days.

This happened to me. Depending on where you are going (if you are moving/big city etc) you can ask for an offer letter for renting purposes. But generally I feel like its mostly on clerks, and clerks do not really think about how important offer letters are to seal a deal. I didn't get anything until I repeatedly asked for mine, maybe 4 months after accepting they got back to me.

I just had my first behavioural interview with VCA for a Digital Consulting Manager role and the Dir said he was going to progress me to the next round.

Thanks in advance!

Hi Fishes,

I got interviewed at infosys two days back.
When can I expect to hear back from them.
Also all the questions that were asked to me were written coding questions(Write block of code) none were verbal.I could write all answers but none was 100% correct.

At last I asked the interviewer about feedback as in where was I wrong. He said at couple of places and he explained me where was I wrong.

Do you all think I will be rejected?

Interviewed with Chicago court 2 weeks ago; they decide mid-August. Interviewed with DC judge last week; hear from him by this Friday. Chicago said if I need an answer before August, they'd try to make a decision about me sooner.
Should I ask Chicago for an answer? Or should I wait until there's an offer from DC judge? Maybe seems better to withdraw before an offer is made rather than ask for time to think about it/turn down DC? What's proper etiquette?
