Yes it’s a red flag but it’s an industry problem.
Yes, a recruiter presented this company Curator 24 after i said diversity and inclusion is a top factor for me in choosing an agency.
Their desktop version of the website is literally all white people wearing versions of white clothing.
I was like “I do not see myself fitting in here based on, you know, their website” and the recruiter actually laughed and said “understandable.”

They gotta start somewhere. Be the change & bring in more faces the complexion of yours.
Agree w AD1, it's a red flag but if I didn't ignore it I wouldn't be consistently employed
It’s definitely a red flag. But the bigger red flag for me is CDs and ACDs with no writing, concepting, or collab skills.
As someone who has worked on all white teams I have to work with at least 1 more Black person. It is so isolating and following the work is not worth the trauma.
It's not a red flag as the majority of the industry is not the same color as us. Also, think about how organizations grow organically via referrals. It is likely these that work there know many of the same that look like them & agencies can unknowingly look bias & homogenous. Also, we can do better in informing the younger generation of the marketing/advertising career paths. With that, I say go where you see the most opportunity for growth and where it aligns best w/ your goals. Who cares about the "size" of an agency (you will probably get less growth opportunities and a larger, "top" agency).
