Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

Can anyone tell me this ADP starts immediately when we get released from project ? Or once we get released from project it's 30 days PDP then 30-35 days ADP
Once released you get 21 days of grace period after that actual aging will start.
21+35+7+7=70days.
Actual bench aging. Once you reach 35 days expect call from HR.
Seems you have been reserved quite a lot of times
Some are saying it’s total ageing and not actual ageing
Any HR can you please confirm on this
