Which is better 1800 pf or 8.3% of base salary?

My base salary more than 1 lack per month
If i choose 1800 pf 3k more tax but if i choose 12% of base then 6% will go for pension fund that much pension doesn’t make any sense after 30 years

Is it just in my experience or are recruiters/hiring managers really reluctant these days to discuss salary bands for a given role? My logic for asking is to determine if I should consider a given role or pass if doesn't meet my salary requirements rather than continue additional interviews and find out later. Thoughts?

But once I started talking to friends i got to know that one of my frnd has recently been fired from CTS last year due t unavailability of project.
