We hired a new director for our MKT dept, the interim director has set this person up for failure.
Two employees in the dept have come to HR to complain on how poorly the transition is being managed, the interim director failing to provide the right tools or allowing a space for the new director to own her space. Included a temp job on my resume, just didn’t specify the staffing agency on it.
