Did you learnt about history in school by actually participating in those events? Or by knowledge of ppl who hd witnessed and documented it. You won’t be a consultant had you not learnt the capabilities of the role in your academics.
I respect your opinion but reading helps too! In today’s age, you cannot be given multiple opportunities to make things right.. so learn from examples of leadership who did wrong, learnt lesson and ppl have documented it as learning!
