The worst kind of "off" day is one you planned to /wanted to work, but there's no billable work...

Absolutely rubbish management and appraisal cycle, after 10 months of rating and reviews, hikes are just announced, not even disclosed how much % for how much rating. They just kill your interests by giving you a support project where there is no growth in your earlier career days when you need them the most and want employees to to work for 10 hours.

Searching for hobby suggestions/ideas. I’ve been struggling to focus lately and it’s been difficult for me to focus on my usual hobbies (reading, building an app side project etc).

Ideally, looking for a hobby that can help with de-stressing and decompressing during my unwind time after logging off in the evenings; not something super strenuous.

I was told that I interviewed strongly and was being placed at L6 but once I was presented before the committee their feedback was that since 1 of the interviewers didn’t ask specific questions of me that they’d expect for L6 - I could either proceed as L5 or conduct 2 additional interviews to still be evaluated at L6. Can someone share their experience with anything similar? I am being considered for both PgM and TPM roles.
