I am having 8 years of experience in development. But I started losing interest in coding. I want to move to management side mainly scrum master which I have lot of interest. Is it feasible to shift from developer to scrum master? I recently joined new company. Will they give me opportunity for the same? Any kind of advice is appreciated. I recently had a student who complained that his professor did not use enough citations in his academic papers. I was wondering, are we still allowed to cite our own writings in our papers these days? Or is it just a thing of the past?

I have an offer for a company abroad. Originally they wanted me to fly out and start the day after Thanksgiving (not celebrated in their country), but because of the holidays I suggested starting in either December or January with the ability to take some holiday days in December to fly back home for Christmas. They then proposed starting out remotely “as soon as possible” in the US as a contractor and then moving abroad to start full time abroad. (Cont)

Do you really work 8 hours a day?

Is there such a thing as getting promoted TOO quickly? Just got the bump to AS after 10 months as an AE. Not at all typical at my agency (usually 5 to 8 YOE). I picked up a lot of opportunity after turnover last year. I am, of course, thrilled, but do wonder if it'd put the validity of my agency in question when looking at my resume. Am I crazy? I'm probably crazy.
