Hi All- I’m looking for a super simple time tracking platform to integrate with Asana for a team of 5. All we need it for is to see how much time is going into different projects that our department is managing. That’s it. No billing/invoicing/don’t care about time sheets, etc. We just need the ability to track and pull a report at the end of each month. Anyone have recommendations?

I just had my 3 month performance evaluation. It went really well and I received a raise, but I’m worried if I should of negotiated it. It went from $41K to $45K. Is this reasonable? I’m considering I’ve been in the field for only 3 months.

Hi fellow PMs, Question for the group: has anyone here made the switch from being a creative agency PM to a digital producer or digital agency PM? I.e. going from managing creative projects like TV to managing website builds/UX projects. If so, what was the transition like and what helped you get your bearings in the new environment? My new team uses google docs for everything & a lot of it is repetitive info which include content calendars, status, email strategy, tracking codes, etc. Any recos on a program to use to consolidate?

So I started a new job a few months ago at an agency. Though my work performance is good I have been extremely stressed and anxious nonstop since day one. The work pace and load is significant. Even my spouse can tell a difference in me. The pay is good, but at what point is your mental health worth more than a paycheck? Is this new job blues or is this a sign of toxicity? Should I stay or should I go?

at an ad agency curious about what a future client side would be like as a PM. I know a lot of account people become brand managers but haven’t heard any stories of PM’s moving to client side. any insights to share? much appreciated
