I would say absolutely.

I would say it’s ok - it shows your interested in the organization and trying to find the best fit for the specific role

Thank you. There are several positions available for this company that I could excel in. I do not want to hurt my chances with multiple applications.

like

Yes and no. Have you tried similar positions at other companies?

I have the skill set for all the positions. The companies would like to work for is very reputable. I would fit into multiple roles since my background is varied

like

Yes! Call the recruiter directly and ask about all options open. They should be more than willing to consider you for any that you’re qualified for.

I’m currently interviewing with a few top 10 firms and a couple top 100 firms for a mostly remote experienced associate/new senior role. Does anyone have any tips on virtual interviews and how to gauge the culture of the firm and if it really will be a good fit for you? I’m struggling to figure out that out because I used to gauge it on the feeling I got while in their office during interviews. Any suggestions would be helpful :)

Hi Everyone, I am trying to apply for a Technical Support role at Dropbox I’m entering all the required fields but there seems to be an issue, when I hit submit after filling the form, it doesn’t submit and throws error ‘Looks like you left this blank! Please fill out this required field’ when all the fields are entered already (I have checked so many times, and filled the form from scratch several times too). Anyone from Dropbox who can put me in touch with HR or suggest what I should do next?

I have two things i want to know!
1. I have a an interview with Disney coming up for a Comms strategy specialist. How should I prep for that?
2. I want to apply to Microsoft for a Comms Manager role. I am having a hard time on finding the right people to network with for a referral/how to stand out from the crowd.
So if anyone has any tips or people i can talk to would be great!!

Hey Gente, Im applying for jobs and I wanted to get others opinion on the race part of the application process. As an indigenous LatinX I worry that if I put indigenous it won’t tick the “diversity” box for the algorithm or recruiters. I work with (not in) the I&D dept at my company and our target recruiting groups don’t include or mention indigenous. Any recruiters here that have insight?

I just finished what I thought was the final round of interviews for a job that I really want. Everything has been going extremely well. The recruiter just called to tell me that they want me to do one more round, though. This will make 8 interviews total, including a full case study presentation to 4 people. Should I be worried? Is this a red flag?
