Why is it so hard to find a person who wants to do problem solving with a friend? Every body is so silo focused nobody knows how to collaborate or even know the rules to be in a team! Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere.
