Correct. Many managers are incompetent, ego managers. In Baxter, many non-technical managers are leading the Technical team(software team). It is like the blind is guiding the way to others. They are not bringing any value to the team. But they are getting more than 50 to 70 lakhs per annum salary. Non-technical managers always feel uncomfortable with technical senior team members. If a non-technical manager feels technical members threaten him, always try to remove him. He will do all bad politics to remove the technical person.
