Because their managers are bad!

Correct. Many managers are incompetent, ego managers. In Baxter, many non-technical managers are leading the Technical team(software team). It is like the blind is guiding the way to others. They are not bringing any value to the team. But they are getting more than 50 to 70 lakhs per annum salary. Non-technical managers always feel uncomfortable with technical senior team members. If a non-technical manager feels technical members threaten him, always try to remove him. He will do all bad politics to remove the technical person. Non-technical managers have extraordinary political skills. They knew how to manipulate small issues as big issues without ethics and truth

Correct

1) Recently Baxter management Removed brutal HR Anshita Singh from Baxter. It is one of the best decisions. I would say the one million reward decision taken by Baxter's management

2) Similarly Mr.Rajanna Mallappa Kullolli must remove from Baxter. This guy doesn't have an ethic and integrity—. He is a liar and cheater. This kind of person is destroying Baxter Goodwill and Good legacy. Still, Baxter is an excellent company. High brand company.some manager's personal reason they are destroying Baxter's name.

Hello Bro,
Social media especially Glassdoor and AmbitionBox are blessings for IT people Otherwise many bad and good company incidents cannot be known outside people. Some cruelty Top managers and HR spoils IT people's careers and Company name. Every IT person must post their thought otherwise managers and HR never change.

Thinking of switching employers. Do you think bigger retail stores (the ones that have several locations) are easier or harder to work at than little hole-in-the-wall grocery stores (which is all I've ever done)? It seems like the larger chain stores would have more downtime, but I'm wondering if anyone could give some input.
