Eat real food.

OP, no, I just prioritize my diet & health. Real meals + workouts are some of my non negotiables
Some folks meal prep all their meals on Sunday for the week, only takes a few hours
I have a vegan protein powder that I use from time to time in my smoothies when I’m hungry and want a snack but don’t want to go get like chips and don’t have time to make a quick meat. But have to second the person above eat real food.
I’ve heard really good things about Huel, both the powder and meals. I use Orgain superfoods protein vanilla powder in a smoothie and find it keeps me full
I've been using Huel for a year or so now and really like it. I'll usually do a hot & savory meal for lunch every day, and it's a great way to eat a real meal but in a limiting and healthy way. I've just started trying their protein powders as well.
I like Kachava
They cause digestive issues. My naturopathic doctor always recommended to stay away from proteins with gums
Huel seems good. Pea-based protein, low sugar. Stay away from Soylent/soy, unless you want to shrink your balls (phytoestrogen).

Powders are supplements not replacements. They should enhance what you are spreading eating through real food.
I don’t know what constitutes a super food, much less a super food power, but I’m pretty sure it’s not the same as eating real food.
It’s really not hard to batch prep food on the weekends and freeze - given the amount you can make with the same prep time.
