Joining a new firm is probably not the right move, so I would look to try to freelance. However, I have no contacts in UAE. Been there many times for holiday but never for business.

Hi Fishes, Im currently working as a data engineer for a multi national telecommunication company. I got an offer to work with Capco for a leading UK bank.
Current ctc: 18LPA + expecting a end of year hike of minimum 8%
Offered ctc: 25LPA
I would like to know if the switch would be worth in terms of stability, WLB, growth.
