Will kpmg india consider a buyout if I want a 2 month notice period instead of three ? I have an offer and the company is willing to buyout 2 months. So I was thinking if I can put resignation today and currently I am on project with infosys as client there is no work right now and possibly for the next one month there wudnt be much work for me.

Hopefully accepting a new job soon, do I need to tell my current job where I am going? Part of me just wants to stay vague and say I’m taking some time off.

Actually, I gave Interview for BackEnd Developer @ Itilite. I was selected in the interview process (2 Tech DSA Based + HR) and got a mail stating that our interview panel is really impressed with your domain related expertise in order to proceed with offer negotiation please submit your documents. Now after 2-3 days of document submission, they came up by saying they cant move forward with my candidature.

I am still amazed how can they do this after asking my documents.
