I can see that there are lots of employees who doesn't have any work and nothing is in pipeline.

In this case why Amazon, Facebook, Google and Microsoft are still hiring?
Their profit can be same as some countries GDP . . .
Better to avoid CBA at any cost....
Wells Fargo also going to reduce 20% of work force... so before joining think twice.

Has anyone left healthcare and is now really happy? I’m an MSN, RN with 12 years hospital experience. I’m burned out and tired of making crap pay. I have an opportunity outside of healthcare that would pay more and challenge me in new ways that I haven’t experienced before. It’s a total shift that would really heal my work-life balance, job satisfaction and budget. My only fear is that I would not be using the license and degree that I worked so hard for. I would appreciate any input!!!!

I have interview scheduled and completed from Commonwealth Bank Bangalore location. All technical rounds cleared.
When I called HR i got a surprise answer..
They mentioned the position which I have intervied is different than the salary rem ranges. And my current salary is higher than position what they have got and asked for approval for rem ranges changes..
Is any one faced this? Ideally HR should know expectation and allocation before scheduling intervjew..

I am bit confused with commonwealt
