Wipro Hi All. I need a help. I was working in wipro before. During the time i left, my account manager gave 2 rating as i’m leaving. Now i got an offer in wipro so i went back. Before two days of joining, my HR called and said that they’ll not take me inside as my last rating is 2 and this is the policy. Also the HR said we can get only through exception if any account manager is ready to take me. don’t have any other offer nd I didn’t tried as my father passed away. Can anyone help me on this?

We are starting to prep a big case for a 3 week federal trial. I’ve been an attorney for a year now and my firm has had this case for a while. What are some tips you have for prepping and also that will make my boss choose to take me to the trial? I am an senior associate at a small (8-10 attorneys) immigration firm in NYC. My base is 110k and I get 30% for the cases and clients I bring in. My revenue was 370k last year and I did 250k till April this year.

My issue is, I have so much firm's work that I have hard time to work on my cases/clients. It feels like my cases are supposed to be done after hours (like after 6 pm). My work hours are crazy. I feel this is unfair and since my firm's taking 70% of my sales. Should I ask for a raise?

Any advice on how to request a 20% raise? This is my first career out of college. I signed my offer letter knowing that I was being underpaid by 10%, as per the posted position salary. My 1-year appraisal is close and I would like to request 20% based on an increased workload; I would also like to make up for being underpaid my first year.

My dilemma: Many companies only pay up to a 4% raise. However, that will not cover much in this economy, and I would still be still underpaid.

Any SAP analytics cloud developer here? Quick query, client wants a column root causes ..now this column is not available in S/4..now the S/4 team is not cooperative enough.

My leads suggested SAC has comments option. However comments are not going to help users either. Because it will not show graphically which root causes contribute the most.

So my question is now, does SAC have an in built excel option which would allow users to enter root causes across materials and then SAC refresh this
