With all the Ai conversations, Forbes had an article today about work hours. Apparently some Asian companies are doing a 9am-9pm 6 days a week. (Called a 9-9-6).

Since we are finance gals, do you think this kind of work day schedule has a place in finance?

Gives unrealistic deadlines, has no time for discussion and next day he is up with his nagging behaviour

Doesnt even know how to talk in a certain professional manner, fed up with his nagging behaviour.

And yeah forgets everything! Need to remind him each and everytime about the tasks and boom, then he comes up with his negative demotivating statements!

Why if you are on H1B is so much problematic for vendors looking for contractors ? Vendors keep on asking to join on W2 rather that Corp to Corp although for employees on H1B we cannot join on W2 due to immigration issues. Point being does it matter for end client , if the contractor is coming as W2 or not ?
