Why am I getting so many interview calls right after I accepted an offer 😫

Tomorrow is my first day at my new job after being layoff... I enjoyed seen this post with stats so here is mine:)

2 months (pluss 2 weeks after accepting a offer, just waiting for paperwork etc)

273 application

10-20 recruiting condos (some pass on me, some I passed on because they were not fully remote, salary or long hiring process)

3 companies I when thrue the whole interviewing process

From the 3, 1 company just declined no feedback the other 2 send offer letters

170k base, tech.

Looking for advice. ~1 month ago I started formally complaining to HR about some toxic partners, uncompetitive comp, and excessive work load. There has been a lot of TO in the last 12 months and I have been interviewing elsewhere. On Friday I was given a surprise compensation adjustment from $105 to $120 and it’s been complement city for the last few weeks. Chicago, 7 YoE, 5 in buyside AM and 2 in my current role at inv. consultant. Thoughts on salary level / should I stay?

Thoughts on recruiter responsiveness? How long do you wait to engage a different recruiter?

How many times has an interviewer no-showed and the recruiter profusely apologizing on their behalf?
Happened to me with Mindtree recruiter, for an IoT leadership position where the interviewing VP chose to no show twice… after which I thanked the recruiter that I was impressed by their book of busi-ness and that it was intimidating to be thinking about the prospect of working for Mindtree… as I’m too incapable for those performance standards… 😂😂

I’ve been asked to do a final interview but the final interview will be a facilitation exercise as well as a dinner. I’ve never done this type of interview any suggestions as to dos/don’ts. I feel good about the facilitation exercise but more worried about dinner.

So, I’m interviewing for a position that fits perfectly, HR likes my profile, had great conversations with them. Today I had a Panel interview with HR and the hiring manager. The manager is not experienced, it’s her first r manager role and she’s been in it for 3 months. I was prepared but was out of breath the entire interview, had a knot in my throat, had trouble finding my words. It’s like I had PTSD when this manager came into the picture. Ever had that?

Does anyone have a similar experience? I interviewed with recruiters from two of "Big 4". Both interviews went well, and I was told the recruiters will submit my resume to the partners and senior managers for the next interviews. 3 weeks later, I received the rejection letters without the next interview. My Senior Manager quit on us a couple of months ago, now my manager just did as well yesterday.

I generally feel confident in my work, but lately when I make mistake, I just overthink everything afterwards. I start worrying about people judging me or not wanting to work with me on my own team and client. Some people say “imposter” syndrome might be affecting me. I wish I could just get over something and move on.
