I have joined IBM and resigned within 50 days.
Reason: project I was allocated not good and I initially rejected project but they forcefully moved to the project.I have asked multiple times to replace the project after that I have resigned.
Now manager is threatening me that I will be placed under no hire to IBM.
Is it ethical?

I have applied for a job in naukri in HCL. Today morning hr called me and asked additional details. He told that my resume will be forwarded to hiring manager.i was told If I gets shortlisted , I would receive a link to fill candidature by evening. Still no response. Does this is the procedure for recruiting in HCL? . If it so, I didn't receive link, so I am rejected?

Do you think women in the industry are paid lesser as compared to men.
Out of personal experience ,I can see that during compensation discussion HR person tries to convince a women candidate for a lesser package . Now this could also be the case where it is much easier to convince women to take up the job for lesser salary.
Whereas the male team member gets paid high (same YOE , same number of switch , similar prev CTC) though women are equally or more talented sometimes.

Is Hollywood out of creativity nowadays? Every film seems to be similar to a pre-existing one and don't even get me started on all the remakes.

Any tips for how an undergrad (i have a politics degree) could position herself as ready for financial/corp comms? Perhaps, any specific certification? I have had experience in some agencies working on corporate/finance/legal clients but it has not resulted in any interviews opportunity especially with the banks/ financial brands?
