Please evaluate this initial offer for Apple ICT3. I think I was low balled, but I want to take more opinions. Currently Sr. MTS at VMware, received Apple ICT3. I was expecting to get to ICT4 but seems like team thinks upper end of ICT3 is more apt. Also, I think it is because I don’t have any counter offers yet.

I see a lot of people with 5-6 years posting about package 26+ and above . Just curious to know how many of them are female.
In my surroundings i see women's are getting more than men , or equal pay.

times have changed in recent days. Now everyone is almost on the same payscale for similar job roles and yoe.
Earlier there was some disparity between the pyscales.

Mam why always think women r getting less paid or not getting values? I have work with 100+ women till now in my career from different experience group and I only found around 10-12 are very capable rest of them r not upto the mark. Once u ask them to learn something they have n number of excuses in comparison there are less men in this category so pay depends on ur skill and attitude not gender.
Sir/Mam, your reply to this post baffles me. May I ask under what pretext did you make an assumption that women are not competent enough/unwilling to learn? In my industrial experience I have come across 100+ women with different culture, age and ethnicities myself. Your statement is very contradictory as you’re clearly stereotyping. A lot of women I know personally, have managed families, are still learning/willing to learn. I know multitude of women who resume work once they start a family too. I, for myself, have been working 12 hours a day, my family depends on me. I also take part time management classes on weekends. So no, your generic assumption is deeply flawed.
I don't think so there's a gap at least in IT anymore.
