Work as Support Engineer. Resigned last yr due to night shifts but took back resignation as other offers also had night shifts.Health being priority, I stayed. After 1 month,manager moved me to new team with more night shifts,weekend work & no tech work.Performed well for 1 yr,got 10% hike, promotion agreed but <20%. Role still has night shifts & uncertainty,so planning to move.Notice period is 2 months.If I resign again:
Q1.Will manager release me early?
Q2.Will he give negativ feedback in BGV?

I have a principal with ZERO sped experience or knowledge observing and rating me. I got all distinguished last year from my AP. He gave me all basics & 2 unsat. He’s told us to not worry about goals

I feel like I'm at my wits end. I teach self-contained classes and according to the ISBE website my classes shouldn't be more than 8 students unless I have an aide - then it can be 10. I have no aide and most of my classes are around 14 kids. Some with behavior plans that are only out of our behavior room setting for my class... Is anybody else out there going through illegal class sizes for self-contained? How are you dealing? Maybe a vent session is in order.
