See a lot of strategic mistakes being made in this crowd. If you are already significantly stronger in one of these traits, taking a 5% hit in your strong trait to gain a 5% increase in your weak trait is a horrible move. Lean into your strengths, and take the more significant bump (and the smaller trade off). Otherwise you’re just making yourself more mediocre.
