I’m really discouraged. My after tax / after 401k contributions etc. take home pay is $6,500 monthly. I have $60,000 in savings / stocks for a down payment but even looking at a $550,000 home, my monthly payment would be about $3,400 from the calculators I’ve been using. Is that too high?

So discouraged that houses where I live are about 50% higher than what they were 2 years ago, and now interest rates are around 5.25% for my credit score. This is like a 1750 sq foot home

I’m beyond irritated by one of my coworkers. Just so disorganized, doesn’t show up to meetings, doesn’t reply to emails, constantly have to chase him, miss deadlines because of him. Management knows but does nothing about it. He really is a nice guy so it’s hard to hate him but I’m gonna lose it sooner or later. I am happy with my work life right now but need the hike. Also i am working as frontend developer (react.js) but my tech stack is MERN and i also have about 1year experience with springboot. Update: In his IG stories, Paul states that Karine has filed a restraining order preventing him from contacting her or Pierre. On IG, he also posted what looks to be Karine’s statement to the police. The statement does have explicit descriptions of DV/SV and may be triggering, so I did not include it here but you can easily find it on his account if wanted. Just discovered 90DF and completed my first season (s6) and then Happily Ever After. Some thoughts:
- Began as anti-Larissa but Colt basically wants to keep her as a hostage sex kitten under threat of calling cops if she doesn’t fall in line
- Jon and Fernanda - could’ve been a legit couple, had high hopes for them
- (Tr)Ashley - thoroughly unlikeable, doing it for social media likes
- Andrei is on the slope to domestic abuse
- Azan and Nicole - LOL that is a sham marriage if I ever saw one

Do you guys think the Brandon and Julia storyline is real? Can his parents actually be that horrid? Sort of feels like it’s all the producers telling them what to say. They often seem like they’re on the verge of laughter too. Thoughts? Am I creeping into a conspiracy? 😂
