I have never pulled the "racism" card ever in my career but do any of you feel like you constantly have to be better/more intelligent/and work harder than any of your white counterparts just to be acknowledged? Is anyone here actively involved in ALPFA and if so, would you recommend it? What have you been able to accomplish through your membership/participantion. Ultimately, I just get the sense that its for college students to network and try landing their first job.
