Y'all, I am STRUGGLING. I teach K-2 mild/mod SDC. My students seem to have reverted back to acting like toddlers. They are whining, crying, screaming, hitting, kicking. I have behavior management strategies in place, but what worked in previous years, even the first half of this year, is not working now. I'm literally taking it 30 min at a time. Is it because it's almost spring break? Please tell me that's it. :)

For anyone who receives a quarterly bonus or raise in some form, does your employer start to schedule you for less hours when your raise kicks in, or pull you from a future schedule entirely once you receive a bonus; only to put you back on once the hours you would have worked and earned the amount given are passed? Ie; a part time employee getting $200.00 in a quarterly bonus and then not being scheduled a whole week during a bi-weekly pay period where they would have earned more on the clock…?

Is there anyone who completed the last SHL test and is waiting for the result or call back from HR. For me it's almost a week now after completing the last SHL test but no reply from HR.
