Hca healthcare: 26Lpa (6% variable) (they will rewise the offer may be to 28Lpa)

LpL Financial:31.5Lpa(13% variable) mostly 3 to 12 shift timings

Please help me to choose between these as my last working day is very near(4 days left).

Today after HR round with Morgan Stanley they have given me the amount as 2365000 base + 141900 EmployerPF + 354750 Variable + 4.75 lakh relocation.
