Starting a new job at Applied Materials on Monday as a Manufacturing Engineer III. Hi Fishes, would need quick suggestions from all of you. I'm working as an In- house Social Media Specialist at a company. Things are going well here but I feel the work is minimal & slow & my work doesn't gets approved in a go despite huge efforts, neither I get a feedback as such on how can I make it better. It affects me mentally. So I'm in a state of confusion if I should stay here or head to have more Agency experience. Suggestions are most welcomed!
