Have anyone tried Intermittent fasting and always feeling fatigue? I can't even do exercises anymore... I am 5'2 F, and weigh around 102 pounds. I am trying to lose some belly fat and a few pounds. Nothing big...should I try other methods other than IF?

I work in healthcare administration but was a medic for years. You learn so much about innovation but seems like most health systems just want people to fall in line and just do what's always been done. Hi Fishes, would need quick suggestions from all of you. I'm working as an In- house Social Media Specialist at a company. Things are going well here but I feel the work is minimal & slow & my work doesn't gets approved in a go despite huge efforts, neither I get a feedback as such on how can I make it better.
