I have a fat cat. It is nice and chill. But it doesn't exercise much. Seems happy and content. Is this the way?

What brand(s) of cat food do you buy? Do you rotate what you feed them or just give them the same thing over and over?

A baby British girl has arrived! The big brother is not thrilled and acts very jealous, stopped coming for hugs and cuddles and self-isolates. He is ok with the kitten, but holds a grudge at us parents. Any tips?

Thoughts on those automatic litter boxes (like the ones in the pic)? Are they actually any good or is it just a gimmick?

My 5-year-old baby is at the ER with a urethral blockage. He threw up yesterday at 8 AM and we saw pieces of a cut rubber band in his vomit so we thought it was a stomach issue. Took him to the vet for X ray and then the ultrasound at 7PM showed a huge bladder. His bladder was expressed with mucus and crystal. The vet sent him home anyway thinking it might be stress-induced. He did not get better overnight so he was checked back into the ER this AM.

I rescued this kitty this morning and brought it home. It’s nowhere to be found in my apartment. I hadn’t even gotten the chance to clean it up yet. It’s very unsettling to think that someone entered my apartment without my permission and STOLE this kitty from me or did it shapeshift and helped itself out? I just don’t understand. What should I do? Should I file a police report? My privacy at home feels VERY violated and I feel like I’ve been SCREWED WITH AND ROBBED!! I’m so upset!! 😭💔
